Painted up the roll bar with duplicolor bedliner in a can. While waiting for it to dry I ran up to the tire store I used to work and bent up some tubing for my exhaust. I'm pleased how it turned out. Sounds good too.

Jeep is finish.. for this weekend. I'm thrilled how it looks from 10-15 feet. Its still a rusty bondoed hunk of scrap underneath but oh well, its about time to go beat the snot out of it on some rocks.

Edit.. Definitely need some different seats.

Threw in a reminder of what I brought home.

Thanks! I'm very happy with it. My buddy seems to think I'm paying tribute to the red TJ I had. Red jeeps are just too cool for him.

Looks really good! I like that roll bar. I may have to do something myself like that at some point. Very nice.

Thanks.. the PO did the roll bar, I really want to add in a couple spots but it should work well for now.

It's all loaded up for its first adventure in the rocks tomorrow.

Hit the trails up near Sturgis. As luck would have it we pulled in at the same time as the guy that is the director of the Dakota Territory Challenge. Ran with his group for a few hours. Jeep did really well even being much smaller than the rest of the group.

Today i got a mesh bikini top and a smittybilt snatch block to keep in my jeep.... I then realized I don't need any help keeping snatches away. I am in a bigger need of a snatch magnet.

I think I'm hilarious.

Added an electric fan tonight. Can't upload the pic, but I'm sure you know what an e-fan looks like.

Also ordered a GM style HEI distributor tonight. Will do plugs and wires when I get that.

Definitely a Jeep weekend. Finally swapped on the Edlebrock performer intake I got with the Jeep and a GM style HEI distributor. Fresh plugs and wires too. Really cleaned up the engine bay but now I hate the stock 2 barrel Carb. It's got to go. On the upside, from the looks of the valley I believe the previous owner was right about the possibility of a previous engine rebuild.

I also properly wired the electric fuel pump and electric fan with relays. Threw a couple LEDs I had under the fenders for marker lights too.
