Besides the condition of the tub, I think it's awesome that you have such a clear plan and you're acting on it! Way to go.

Thanks, Chris! I am looking forward to seeing it in a couple of days when it arrives! I ordered the gauges today. I went with the Ultra-lite II series. I also ended up going electronic on the speedometer after Jim set me straight on your gauge thread last weekend. The extra holes are for LED indicators: Left/Right (GREEN)Turn indicators above the speedometer gauge. On the left and right of steering wheel there are holes for: Check Engine (RED), Hi-Beams (BLUE), 4WD (AMBER), and E-Brake (RED). I have a Tuffy glove box and will leather-wrap the dash bar to match the steering wheel.

Received the dash and all the gauges, except the fuel gauge. Looks like that is running a couple of days behind....

Boom, you're gonna get me in deeper trouble with wifey for spending too much money. That dash and gauges are so cool I may have to go the same route.

Most definitely! Dan did a great job yet again. He really packs it well. Have no worries ordering from Dan and having him ship it anywhere.

Garage... Anything too messy, I use my dad's shop or my wife would castrate me! :-)

I was torn... I do love the original look, but the aftermarket gauges are not up to the task, in my opinion. I hope this is just enough of a refresh to still resemble a CJ dash... I do find it funny that the speedometer goes to 160 and the tach goes to 10k... I am 'certain' I will be utilizing that ENTIRE range! :-)
