Looks like my MSD 6 module is not sending any power to the E-coil. I will contact MSD in the morning.

Did a couple of more tests per MSD this morning. It pointed to a bad coil. I replaced the coil and she fired right up! Buttoned the cables back up and my Jeep lives to fight another day!

Exhaust Pictures

I am really pleased with the new exhaust. The look, sound, and extra performance are very nice. No pipe bending. All solid exhaust mandrels. 2.25" from the manifolds to the Y-Scavenger. 3" from there to the cat, muffler, and tailpipe. Here are a few pictures! If anyone needs exhaust or fabrication work in Phoenix, I can wholeheartedly recommend Harold with Onsite Auto Repair. PM me for details!

Quality exhaust system! Now we need to hear it.

BTW, Have you ordered your BDS Suspension? BDS will have another 10% off sale in Nov. Not sure when, but I can wait and plug away on the tub.

I will attempt a video tomorrow and upload it.

I contacted Jason at BDS and he mentioned the possibility of a future discount. I am ready for the lift now. It is definitely the next step.

I have learned a lot about the importance of good exhaust in the last month. I never knew how important the system is for the overall performance and efficiency of the engine. Sure, it sounds great, but it sure does run a heck of a lot better now.

Yea a quality exhaust goes a long way. An engine is essentially an air pump. The faster/easier you get air in and out the more efficient it is as far as HP goes. Back pressure is equally important, if you don't have enough your torque suffers. It's all about balance.

Absolutely! His mobile setup is pretty impressive!

I don't think he would mind me posting his website:

Looks great, just the rest of your build.

One question, and maybe it's the angle of the pic, but can you access the filler hole for the D300? It looks to be majorly blocked by the exhaust.

Thanks, CJeep. No problem accessing the filler hole. It is right above the line of the exhaust pipe.
