Getting ready to order new body mounts and not sure if Jeep currently has a life. Here is a pic of what is installed, are these just the standard size or different
I ordered a set of mounts from Energy Suspension and the look like they will be great (haven't installed them yet). I would soak the bolts in rust penetration for several days before you try to remove the bolts. A couple of them are almost impossible to spray. I had 2 sieved and had to cut them and re drill and tap. 2 other captive nuts spun and I had to weld the nuts back in. It can kind of be a PITA depending on the rust. I would use anti-sieze on the new mounts.
No problem. Also on my CJ5 the bolts were all 3/8-16 X 2 1/2 except the back two which were 7/16-14 X 2 1/2. I have read that Jeep wasn't super consistent on the bolt usage for the body mounts. I bought all new bolts and fender washers from my local Fastenal and it cost me about $25 for all new grade 5 hardware.
May I recommend PB Blaster (or your favorite product) for weeks before you even start. It can be a frustrating PITA when you start snapping bolts and/or spinning those captured nuts. Many good threads on here. Preview those before you even consider putting a wrench on those body bolts.

Wise choice! That will help and hopefully you be lucky. However, in the land of the rusted CJ (Wisconsin), this simple job can become a frustrating experience.
