Please help. The body is a 1987 yj to a 1986 cj frame. I don't want to buy more than 1 kit just to see what fits. Thank you for all your help. ktrones.

I Just finished doing the same swap. I ordered new polyurethane body mounts for a CJ. You’ll need to use smaller diameter bolts for the YJ body, but the guys at 4Wheel Drive Hardware said that it would be okay. Make sure you save the sleeves from the old body mounts, mine had rusted completely apart so I had to use some galvanized electrical tubing. Looking back I wish I had gone with the 1" daystar body lift. Have fun.

I would recommend useing a yj kit if your useing a yj body. Because the threads on the body may be different than a cj. Also the radiater drop brackets need to be of a yj.
