Block numbers

Can anyone help me figure out what engine and year I have. The code on the block reads 3224098 and there is an H7 in the immediate vicinity.

The casting was used from 1975-1979.
On the other side of the engine should be the stamped engine code, ie 605A16
That will tell you exactly which year it was made, and with what configuration.
