It's a 4-wheel drive vehicle with a part-time transfer case.....

......taking out a driveshaft doesn't mean you're unable to drive your vehicle, as the OP stated. (Ask me how I know...for 3 months)

So many good posts it's hard to pick just one.

So this penguin is having trouble with his car and he takes it to the garage. The mechanic tells him he'll check it out. While the penguin is waiting he goes across the street to get some ice cream. In a while he comes back and the mechanic says he is done and it looks like he has blown a seal.

No no the penguin says, that's just a little ice cream.

If you always do what you've always done. You will always get what you've always got.

My experience was good. I called them and the customer service was knowledgeable and helped me with what I needed on my build. I had a rear CV drive shaft made and it was sent to me when they said it would arrive. I even got advise on how to save a few dollars on the build. I have been running it now for a couple of years and no problems. I highly recommend their business and product.

Do you know who you spoke to? Can you tell me what name we billed it under or do you happen to have the invoice number? I can certainly be confused about whom I spoke to. I do speak to a lot of people.
