Best options for 35's

I have a stock 1983 CJ7 with 31's. I want to get 35's on it. What is the best options I have? suspension, suspension+body, different fenders, etc???

4 inch suspension lift with a 1 inch body lift....you will still need to enlarge the wheel wells in the back if
you plan to actually go off road...if she stays on the road just a 4 inch lift should work.
Or Sawzall the hell out of the fenders and just slap em on.
