has anyone covered over herculiner with upol raptor or any other liner? I hate herculiner and was wondering if i couldn't spray another one over the top if i scrubbed it with cleaner or what not.

any suggestions would be appreciated

I would love to do the same thing as I hate Herculiner. Instead I went ahead with putting carpet back in my CJ.
I do think you can cover it, but not sure the proper steps to prep.

Like any other bed liner scuff it up and clean it. If you did a good job on the herculiner it shouldn't peel up. If your having peeling issues with the herculiner remove it completely and redo with a product of your choice.

its not peeling. i just hate how it holds dirt in it. i bead blasted the whole interior when i put the herculiner down so it is attached well. i used upol raptor on my scrambler and i like it 10x's better.
