I went to St.Johns (St.Aug beach by the Oasis). Luckly I work 4 10s... downside is I have to work Saturdays. I saw your PVC train horns, they are sick! I'd love to do something like that!

I have never taken my CJ-7 to St. Johns County. I have always gone north to Nassau and/or Hugenot. If you decide to build a horn, let me know. I will be happy to help you out. I'm near Hooters off San Jose Blvd.

Love the flush-mounted LED lights 'cause they're not sticking out where they'll get damaged as easily. But, to be legal, don't you have to add rear side marker lamps now since the flush-mounts aren't visible from the side?

When I used to have a truck I went to Hugenot all the time! I'll be taking the Jeep there eventually. I will definitely take you up on that offer for the horn, I live in OP. Question on that, what are you using to generate the air for the horns?

I agree with the reason for them. As far as legality... I have no idea. I'm not worried about it. If a cop wants to ticket me for that... they are not worth having that job.

Air horn is "powered" by a 11 gallon air tank behind the back seat. You can use much smaller tank, but i did not want to re-fill as much. My daughter's boyfriend has a 5 gallon tank and a 12 volt compressor to refill. He does not have a garage based compressor yet.

Patrick I just looked through your thread. You started off with a really nice CJ and have made it even better! I like the way the Raptor turned out on everything and you're doing a great job on detailing everything.

Yah, I put 31 Goodyear duratrecs on it. Love them. Had the rims powder coated too.
