Back-Up light question

Whats an easy way to wire these back-up lights? Can I just wire them together & then tap into my OEM back-up wiring - so when I put it in reverse all four will come on? or will this over load something?

I would use a relay. Use the OEM wire to trigger the relay and a fused wire from the battery to power the lights.
