How bad is the rust on the frame?

Just didn't know if you've seen it or anything. Have to join to post, and I'm too lazy. I was just curious since I don't have any way to get it - would like to if the frame was salvageable, I need to redo one for mine, but To far to flat tow behind my Ranger, and not gonna do it with my '5.
