anyone looking for a mail jeep

add says you need a trailer to get it home. but you might need a winch to get it out. personally i would leave it where it is. makes a good planter.

This one looks to be in slightly better shape, but costs 1400x more.

AM General postal jeep

As for the steering, I remember seeing a post awhile back that said the DJ's and CJ's use completely different steering systems, and the DJ one is not very desirable(my foggy brain remembers richmond for some reason), so while I assume it would be possible, probably not worthwhile. I thought I saw a rhd cj5 pic posted somewhere recently, so it has been done.

Ever try to shift with your left hand? Don't know about anyone else, but for me it's awkward as ****.

God Bless

Yeah, as a former postal driver, I can tell you, its strange enough to shift an auto with your left hand. Not to mention walking over to the left hand door to get in and then realizing that you have to walk to the other side.

but the gears would be the same as a lhd jeep so the gears would be reversed left to right i guess you could say.

That would confuse me enought with my t150 let alone a 5 or 6 speed

I would like to have one in an automatic though, just to be different.
