Anyone know a good body shop in Northern Virginia?

I was thinking it might be advantagous to have someone do the prep work on my hood, fenders, and grille. Basically, I want to have them stripped/blasted and base primed (no sanding). Does anyone [in the business] know:

a) how much I should expect to spend to strip "clean" (no through rust) hood, fenders, and grille and have them painted?
b) a Jeep friendly shop in the DC Metro area/Central Virginia or Maryland?

I think I'm going to be moving soon, so I REALLY need to get this project to a point that I can move it, so I may as well try to get some body work done too. FYI, time is the critical factor here. I don't have the time to do the body work myself since I still have EVERYTHING to do.

It's not so much a labor of love as it is shear determination.
