well, i havent taken the motor apart yet but while climbing a big sand dune in glamis my motor popped a few times and something pushed through the oil pan, i think that it may be a rod. i might need to rebuild quite a bit of the motor.

360's are pretty easy to find in full size jeeps, use your 304 mounts, accesories, etc. they will all bolt right up. you can also get a reman. long block but most places won't take the 304 as a core for a 360.
