Why not post pics in this thread? Might generate more interest.

I'd be interested in seeing a pic as well...

and not to thread jack, but just happened to be looking at bluefabtorchworks.com today and they have an AMC 20 truss that welds to the to pumpkin and tubes and also ties into the diff cover...$280 or so for that set up, just for comparison

Eddie / BESRK , one of our CJ forum moderators , also makes a great 3 pc truss on his C&C machine. When I got mine it was $100 shipped. Top notch product.

Make sure you don't get your pee pee slapped, apply for vendor status before you start posting prices and taking orders.

Anywho, always good to have more to choose from and more competition in the marketplace!

'84 CJ-7: Yota axles (spartan locked front, e-locked rear) 4" BDS, 1" Daystar & 3/8" shackle lifts, 35" X-Terrains on steelies, YJ Tub & family roll bar, heater blower upgrade, 4.2L w/MC2100 & Team Rush, Warn 8274. Rebuilt 4.2/4.0 hybrid, AX15 and twin sticks/clocking ring waiting to go in.

The advertised position for a topless, dirty jeep girl has been filled......by my wife. Thanks to all that applied.

must be somethin special made on c&c machine, most are made on just plain ole cnc machines, lol, but for real Eddie makes some really quality stuff, I only got one of his winch plates so far, but wanting one of his swing out tire carrier/bumpers.

Bottom tubing is cut to fit around the axle tube radius and one side is longer on purpose evidently the pumpkin isn't exactley centered lol

One suggestion.. when butting 2 tubes at an angle, split the angle between the 2 tubes.

For instance, let's say the angle needs to be 45deg. Cut each tube at 22.5deg and they'll butt up cleanly at a 45. That will allow you to weld around the whole tube to keep the joint closed so the tubes don't fill up with mud/debris.

There is a market I'm sure, but I'm in the process of making my own. Just had a friend who has a plasma table cut me out my template for a test fit on my 20. It's going to be a combo of plate steel and sq. tubing. He already offers trusses for wrangler jk 44 axles for sale at $125. Personally I think they are on the short side, as a truss should support the ends where the force is being applied.
