Any idea what bumper this is and what these mounts are for?

I'm sure the bracket is for a hi-lift, but for anyone know what that name of it is? Also is this a stock bumper? What are those books that stuck up?

Not for a high lift. Its for a spare tire rack. The bracket on the left is the latch. The pivot is missing (that is what the holes are for on the right side.)

It's actually for the Flux-Capacitor. On Jeeps, it was mounted on the back in order to
get power from the Mr.Fusion processor.

I mean, how else does a Jeep get up to 88 miles an hour.....

I believe its a Tomken rear bumper.
