Post Another quick 360 question

Is anybody running a 360 that is bored more than .040 ???


1979 CJ7 (YJ tub) full cage, Currie 9inch rear with Warn full float kit, detroit locker, 456 gears both ends, Lockrite in front, T 18 trans, 360, 040 over, Isky cam, 2 into 1 Flowmaster exhaust

The machine shop reports that the bores are OK, only .002 taper, so I don't have to go bigger.
My newest find is the Eldebrock manifold that was on my 304 and I was planning to reuse has tiny port runners in it. I E-mailed Eldebrock concerning it and they said it was for a late 70's AMC era, and designed for great gas mileage. Whats alum. scrap bring a pound?
