Another CJ owners initiation, body mounting bolt size

Well,
I think the title says it all, after 30 years on what appear to be stock body bushings, I decided that my CJ needs to have them replaced. I'm taking it down to repaint the PO's sorry job of taping and spraying over everything, and fixing a rust/bonds spot that was repaired with window flashing and 3/8" of bondo.

Now onto the body mount bolts. I have 3 that broke off, the 2 under the roll bar and one under the drivers foot. I still have to remove the ones by the fuel tank. Does the tank have to be dropped to remove these? Is the best way the fix the broken ones to cut holes in the floor?

Last, I'm looking at a poly bushing kit for the whole jeep, anybody installed one of these? Ad where to buy replacement bolts/washers. I can have the washers cut, but does anybody have a bolt size and location list?

I have decided to go with a 1" daystar poly lift kit. It will give my 35" tires a little more clearance.
