Please explain what the "Aussie trussed" is all about, and can you post some pics? I understand that the AMC 20 needs to be beefed up, but I don't know what that entails... if there are actually trusses along the outside of the tubes??

Also, could you explain what a locker does, how it works?

Thanks

Very nice job! Very clean!

Your tunnel looks like it's textured on the floorboard. Did you paint over a liner of some sort, or did you find a liner that matches the color or your paint?

Aussie means that it has the Aussie locker in the rear.

The AMC 20 can be trussed by welding some steel reinforcement from the differential pumpkin and attached to the axle tubes. It helps to reinforce the smaller axle tubes.

The tub is lined with a tintable bed liner made by SEMS. You actually mix your basecoat color with the liner until you get a close match. I went with 1part paint/ to 4 parts liner. JC

Actually the tire carrier only was ordered from Beserk. The front and rear bumpers were purchased from ebay about two years ago before I knew about his bumpers. He was nice enought to sell me just the tire carrier and hardware and I welded it to the rear bumper. The bumpers and side steps are painted in Beserk fashion with Por 15 and chassis coat. ohh Jatepper check your PM'sJC
