86 CJ7 Renegade for sale

Seems like a decent buy if anyone is near the Richmond, VA area.

Although judging by the cancer on the outside, the floorboards are probably Flintstones.

Way too much rust for my tastes. The tailgate is tweaked. No pics of the engine. Aftermarket dash knobs and radio.

And someone correct me if I'm wrong. but weren't all the windshield frames painted the same as the body in '86?

Overall, I think it would make a good parts CJ for about $2500

Yep, and double ribs make that one an aftermarket windshield. I'm sure the original rusted away just like the rest of that Jeep.

I had no idea vehicles rusted that bad in Virginia.

After further review, one who purchases this jeep will own a $4000 winch and a hard top, cause that's the only things that aren't rusted through.

A few of the pics and the description:

Granddaddy's Jeep! Rare 1986 CJ7 Renegade - $4000

Rare find! Where can you find another one like this?

Original owner was my grandfather. First time for sale.

Approximately 125,000 miles.

5 speed

6 cylinder

I drive this vehicle sparingly. Primarily during hunting season or when I need a four-wheel drive due to snow or other inclement weather.

Attached winch ( close to a $1000.00 value ). I have cover for winch. Recently took off because needs new bungee cord to hold it on.

Original. Never been restored so there is some rust. See pictures.

Equipped with a/c but currently not working.

I have original owner's manual.

Serious inquiries only please.
