85' CJ7 setup?'s

Sorry had to move this here:
Hi there...got the money and ready to get started, but not sure how to go about it after reading hundreds of threads on here. I have a Chevy 350 which has about 400hsp. I would like to go with 35" tires as I will be mostly doing the mud thing and not so much of the climbing. What is the most reasonable setup including axles, transfer, gears, and suspension if anyone out there has about the same thing? I would say as far as usage that I will be 65% road and 35% fun.
From researching throughout this forum I can already see that I will more than likely need custom shafts made.
The one thing I really dont have a clue about is the "spring over or spring under" setup, if someone could clear that up for me.
I know its a lot, but every lil piece of advice can get me going in the right direction. Thanks
