My jeep sat for several weeks because of rain so when the sun finally came out I fired her up and it started had a little carb fuel issue but got it smoothed out. I parked it went back several hours later to start it up and nothing not even a click. My key wasn't left on because I had it in my pocket. I pulled my truck up to jump start and would barely turn. I let it set for awhile charging from my truck and got it to turn over some but it was week. I finally gave up because it wasn't turning over now. I checked my connections changed to the other battery on my diesel truck thinking I needed a better ground and nothing. I then just went and got the battery charger and charged over night and all day on slow trickle charge. Went there yesterday after work and not even a click.
Battery shows charged and it is about 2 years old or less. I checked the connections on the solenoid and starter nothing looks loose or corroded.
Any ideas. Try a different battery? sometimes i know they say they are charged but actually are not?
