Trying this for now. I like the original location better but this will work.

Copies of OEM fog light mounting brackets (bolt to existing holes in stock OEM bumper)

That ebay link I posted above for the NOS lights says they have an 1157 bulb, which is a dual filament, so they'd work just like your grill mounted turn signal lights.
