why not convert clutch to hydraulic? using an external slave cylinder for an S-10.

Just a thought....

Thanks for the info everyone, hopfully I'll be finished soon. Battery tray didn't even think about. Sounds a little easire to get a yj windshild frame.

If you still need to know where the clutch rod hole needs to be on a CJ or YJ tub, here you go.



I had to do the same for a Repli-tub from the Philippines that did not have the hole for the rod.

i don't know if it is to late or not, but one thing you can do for the body, not to move the body mounts on the frame is buy the outter rails from classic enterprise(CJ 7 one's) if yours are not in great condition! this is what i did for mine! for the rear cross member someone had the autocad drawing of the cj one so i modified it for the yj tub! instead of modifing the stock one, more solide than factory, in 3/16 ...if you dont want to get one build you can mesure the distance and cut then flipp the extremities so the fit with the tub, one guy here i thing certifablejeep did this! works good if crossmember is still good to go but if you plan on changing it your better off with the drawing i have! it cost me about 120 for the 2 rails and 90 to get the cross member build ! if you want the drawing let me know in pm ill send it
