79 Rear Shackle Replacement

Hi guys,
I use my 79 CJ7 to snowplow and it has really badly rusted out around the rear shackles. I found this kit to replace the frame in this rusted out area - http://www.jeep4x4center.com/auto-ru...t-art-41l.html -. I have a couple of questions.

Has anyone used this type of product before and what were their results. And do they suggest replacing anything else during this time. They suggest the rear shackle mount bushings - which I believe are these correct? - http://www.jackit.com/bushings/jeep_...#frameshackle? Any advice is appreciated!
