77 cj7 help on id some things

77cj7 304v8 quadratrac.

(1) in engine bay left fender side there is a relay sitting there, has some red wires going into it 4 posts, with one ground.....its just sitting there, not connected to anything. it is right near midpoint of left fender area where i also find a red wire with a white tracer hanging loose from main wire harness. i need help id this

(2) left fender engine bay, off main wire harness, i find a loose red wire with white tracer has a femal connector on it. anyone know what this is?

fyi-my horn is missing on left fender. i thought relay for horn was under dash. i dont know what these wires do.....

here is a pic from left fenderwell.

there is a loose red wire with tracer that comes out of the main wire harness here....

and right near there a relay is sitting there with some red wires and a ground....

please help ID the red wire with tracer and what that relay is for....thanks

Whatever it is, it is not factory and a prior owner did it. AMC did not use connectors or a relay that looks like that. Nor would they have had that many red wires in one location.

since my horn is missing, do you know what wire color goes to the horn?

The horn is red with a white trace.

moc-
thanks....that red wire wire with white trace comes out of a main harness. that explains alot. i will try to hook up the horn now.

i guess the horn relay then is under dash, and as the previous poster mentioned most likely this relay is added for some reason by po.....

thanks for the help. hopefully i will have a horn soon.
