77 CJ Dana 44 rear disc conv. kits

Hi all-Im hoping to get some input on a rear disc brake conversion on my 77 CJ5.First off, the rear end is a Dana44 out of a 73 CJ.Is there any easy "bolt up" that anyone knows about, that I havent seen, or is the best and easiest way to buy a complete kit ? As far as kits go, does anyone in here have any experience as far as buying, installing, etc?Im having a helluva time finding a kit for the 73 rear end. Im just trying to figure out what is best, I would need something that still has a mechanical\cable e-brake included.I really would rather not fabricate stuff, Im no pro at fabrication and looks are important to me, as is functionality.A bolt-up kit would be great.I swapped the front end to disc 2 yrs ago, now im rebuilding the entire Jeep, starting with a new custom built frame, so I really want to do this right. Also, would I have to change the proportioning valve or master cylinder when swapping to rear disc? I would think the rear brake line diameter would be different....Like I said, ANY input is greatly appreciated!

Try www.summitracing.com, they sell a Stainless Steel brakes rear disc conversion kit, and another one as well.
Oh yeah, and if you don't have one in the '73 CJ, install a brake booster. I installed one from https://dfbrakes.com/ and my braking is probably twice as good as the old manual brakes.
