'76 CJ5 heater upgrade?

I have a '76 CJ5. I want more heat in my rig but all the mods I have seen for this do not cover my year! The blower is located inside the cab. Is there a mod for this? Please give me a part number for the motor or post a link that covers this year of CJ.

This isn't a writeup, but it is a compilation of searches from this forum on the subject to attempt to get all the info into a single location.

This link still doesn't specify if it will work for my '76! I'd rather know for sure instead of ripping out the box and doing a trial fit!

Are you looking for more heat or more air or both? More heat involves cleaning the core(inside and out) and insuring the thermostat is correct. More air involves replacing the heater motor with a Chevy model. The above link will help or do a search.
