74 Windshield Bracket

I'm having a very hard time finding this particular windshield bracket for my 74 cj5. I have read that it is integrated into the windshield frame but mine unbolts. It broke when I had the unfortunate event of the windshield flipping up on me. I have attached a picture. Any help finding these would be much appreciated!

It's mostly unobtainium. AFAIK they all unbolt, '55-75, and M38A1. Later windshields are different.

I recall that George's Jeep Parts was reproducing them http://www.willys.net/html/windshield.html

You may be able to find one for cheaper if you locate a seller who does not know what they have.

It broke at the base? Maybe a friendly local welder will fix it for you. I'd fix it and use it.

George's Jeep Parts is no more from what I've been told.

Those are exactly what I'm looking for! Thank you. Strange enough, I was on Omix-Adas website yesterday morning and they did not have them listed under my application. Thanks again!

It's great that Omix is reproducing that part. Has anyone bought that part from them?

The OEM parts typically have a much higher quality than the Omix parts. So if you can possibly reuse the original part, I'd advise you do. A professional welder can probably fix it for you.
