65 Tuxedo Park Mark IV Hardtop Question

Recently my dad passed down the family 65 Tuxedo Park Mark IV to me and I am completely new to the Jeep world. Its in fantastic shape but I have been doing some touch up work on it in the past few months to make it in perfect shape. I am completely new to working on vehicles, yet alone a 65, so please go easy on me.... there is only one way to learn!

With that being said I have a question about the 65 Mark IV. I know that there was an option to have a factory hardtop but after some research I found out that I have no idea even where to start. How would I go about finding one of these? I doubt any company makes aftermarket hardtops that fit this late of model. Thanks to everyone for your help.

Phillip

Hey Mr. Strenk..thats my Jeep! It's a Meyers top on it. Jeep offered tops as an option on these. even the heater was an option. I have alot of info if anyone is interested just email me. When I bought it they swore it wouldnt run. 2 hours and i rebuilt the carb, runs great. Smitty

Any top for a 55-75 CJ5 will fit your Jeep.
Having said that, you're from Florida! Go topless & enjoy the sunshine!

X2, a hardtop in Florida? Why? Looking to create a mobile sauna?

The nice thing about the Meyer tops is that nearly all the hardware was made by 3rd party, and is still made today. (ie locks, handles, regulators, etc).
