6.0 Vortec Swap questions

I have some questions for my 6.0 vortec swap in my CJ-7
It is a fuel return line required ?
Fits the oem exhaust manifolts the engine bay or need i shorty headers?
What for brand of Tachometer it is required or fits the oem Jeep Tachometer?
Sorry for my not so perfekt englisch...

Greetings

Fuel Return line depends on the year, check ls1tech.com for that info.

I used Hooker Block Hugger headers, and will have to have the pass side modified to fit. I had problems with the drivers side fitting, You may have to see how they fit when you put the engine in.

my 5.3 vortec swap required a return fuel line. I was unable to use the 5.3 exhaust manifolds and opted instead for some shorty headers as well.

I'm not sure on the tach but I dont imagine the oem tach will work. I believe Autometer makes a tach that is computer controlled that will work with the Vortec motor's CPU

I Need Some HELP on my 1994 YJ that im doing a swap to a 2004 chevy vortec 6.0 with a 4l80E tranny 2wd i want to know witch way would be better to go.... Should i keep the 6.0 fuel injected or switch it to carb? so i can get a 4x4 tranny and transfer case to work something like a 700r? i want the transmission to stay automatic.. Or is there a way to keep the 2wd tranny switch it to 4x4 and get a transfer case to match up and will it be a manuel transfer case or a push button one? if it is a push button one will i need any new wire because my truck did not have 4x4 ???

If someone could please help me that would be great
Thanks
