Should have read this sooner!
Turned my little -5 over on a lake levee today!

Not a big bad roll, just a gentle flop over, but my shoulder is SORE from the impact!

Darn near wound up in the lake!

I shall be driving around topless and doorless all day tomorrow, as I did today and yesterday, enjoying the weather and the holiday and picking up girls in a great American legend!

Happy 4th to all!

JeepHammer, you're needed far too much around here to be so reckless! Glad you okay and I assume your 5 is mostly okay as well? Pics!

Just showing off, hit a muddy spot on the left side and it just laid over gently.
No big deal, had it upright in about 15 minutes, poured some more oil in it and went back to being the grinning guy in the old rust bucket....

Had I been a little closer to the water line, I could have swam out!

I didn't take pictures, but others did, I'll see if I can get them to send me copies.

Watched the fireworks last night sitting on the hood! No big deal. Just one of those things when you are an idiot! (Life is rough, I need a helmet!)

So, so true! I assumed that rule held true across the country, maybe it's just here.

Happy 4th everyone!!!! Started my 4th out in true Jeep style. Drove 30 miles home at 2am this morning with the wife after date night with no top or doors, and NO HEADLIGHTS!!! Made for a great ride, and the officers at the Dui checkpoints were VERY understanding. Not a ticket to be had.
