is a '46 T90 the same as a '61 T90?
Exactly what the title says- would a '46 and a '61 T90 be the same? I just bought a trans from Ebay after taking mine apart and finding far more issues than I originally thought. I have a '61 CJ5, and the T90 i bought came from a '46 2A. I guess the input shafts are different between 4 and 6 cylinder versions, and i am not sure which I have- I have a Chevy 305 in it. The trans I have is a 10 spline input shaft. He is willing to switch input shafts (he has a few laying around) but I was wondering if there are any other major differences between the years. I should have researched before I bought, but the auction ended today and I figured I should jump on it, i can always re-sell it later if needed!
