the ports match from 4.2l to 4.0l, the hi port has exactly that though the ports are still spaced right but the pins are in a different place.
if you were to put a high port on a 4.2 you would have to remove the pins.
hesco has some sealent you can you on the intake.
honestly why not a 4.0l head conversion???
