4.0 Head swap...

I did a search, and didn't come up with what I'm looking for. What are ALL the reasons to do the 4.0 HO head swap? I've been contemplating this but don't know if it would be worth doing. Is it easier to add Fuel Injection on, or would it be the same as the current head on my 258?

Thanks,
Josh

besides the advantages of fuel injection I read that the head swap nets like a 40 or so horsepower gain.

The biggest advantage is better flow characteristics and bigger valves. Makes adding FI easier if you are willing to splice some wires. Cheaper than buying an aftermarket kit too.

It's just a Jeep, and if you don't wheel it once in a while, it's not even that.
