Question 4.0 head swap

I have recently came across a 2000 4.0 head, intake, exhaust and complete harness along w/ the computer.I would like to know if this equipment can be used for the infamous 4.0 swap?Do I need to get a new balancer for the cps,and are there any more required parts.I really cuold use some info on the electrical hookup to the existing wiring. No computer,TFI/HEI hybrid weber.Thanking all in advance.

What's the casting # on the 4.0L head?
I used to own two CJ's...Perhaps a 3rd is in the future?
