360 Power steering pump help

It's been almost 3 years since the power steering pump has been on my motor, and naturally, I can't remember how it goes back on! I thought the triangular bracket pictured below went with it somehow, but I'm not sure. By looking at other people's setup's, I'm guessing I'm missing something here. Can anyone tell me what I'm missing, or what the bracket shown is for?

Found this on Ebay. Question is, are there any other ways to mount the pump, because I'm 99.9% sure I never took a bracket like that off during disassembly.

That triangular bracket is the AC pump support bracket. The pump bracket looks like this and goes on like this.

I don't think thats the same bracket. If you look at mine, one side is a 90 degree angle, which looks slightly different than yours. Plus, my motor didn't have an AC compressor on it when I got it, or when I tore it down, and this bracket came off of it from somewhere or another.

But with the way the PO had the motor mounts rigged up, it wouldn't surprise me if nothing else was N$##*R rigged!

hassel,

Perhaps this pic helps. This is the complete bracket minus the pump.

That does help. Thanks. I know I never took anything like that off the 360 before. I found this pic of the motor when I pulled it, and you can see that triangular bracket bolted to the water pump where the PS bracket is supposed to go according to your picture Matt. I'm beginning to think it was severely N****R Rigged! So far, I'm the only bidder on that one on Ebay, so hopefully I get it.

My PS pump didn't have the bigger metal piece in the back, just a small piece you can hook a socket onto and tighten the belt while cinching down the bolts.
