The engine side of things is pretty easy. You need a set of V8 frame horns, motor mounts, and block mounts from a V8 CJ. OR, as I did, get a set of bombproof V8 mounts from Mountain Off Road Engineering (super beefy). Pretty sure you will need a different bellhousing for the NP435, but there is a stock one that will work. For the Tcase you will need an adapter to mate the Dana 300 to the NP435.
