Thanks I'm going to need to touch up a few areas with the small spray gun, but other than that its going together well. I put the tailgate back on and I want to get the rear lights and gas fill bezel and hoses hooked up tomorrow.

Picked up a new old aftermarket windshield frame off CL for $90. I figured for that price its worth the gamble rather than trying to fix the rust and rot in the 2 original ones I have. Holes in this one all seem to match up to the original's.

Got myself a Father's Day gift I guess..from Phoenix Graphix. Not cheap but I've used their decals before and was pleased with them. Also got the J-e-e-p letters on the sides and matching ones for the tailgate.

Got the harness thru the firewall and ECU strapped in. Also got the brake pedal assembly and booster/master setup in. One issue I forgot about was needing some brake line adapters to go into the MC to connect to the lines, so I'll need to look for a couple of those.

This one by MBM, Weatherhead makes them. My nearby Napa has them, so hopefully I can get them in this weekend.

Got the grill on, radiator, hoses and shroud. Fired it up again, let it run for a while. Engine runs good, sounds great. Can feel so much more power and compression vs. the old tired 258. I need to stop using the phone to take pics

Oh yea Jim, I can't wait to get in and drive this thing. The mufflers aren't even that small and it sounds nice and throaty. I can't imagine them smaller, it'd be a lot louder.

Those flares turned out nice. I tried painting mine and failed so I bought new ones.

Everything is looking great!
