The link to your picture is invalid. There isn't a file name. I changed the / to ? in the closing [?IMG] to make the link visible.

You have to post images one at a time or post it as a link instead of an image, like this... http://photobucket.com/vancj74

Of the 5 pictures I see, I don't see any liquid coming from the manifold.

Ditto, I don't see any liquid in those pics either.

Did your engine sit for a while? The reason I ask is because a couple of your rockers look like they have rust on them.

In photo 3 all the liquid pooled outside the valve rim came from the manifold. it is the same as all the piquid pooled on the rocker arms.

Yes it did sit for quite a while. I picked up this engine from a guy who rebuilds jeeps. I just put it into my jeep and I am in the process of getting in going again. It does run however Liquid is boiling up from the exhaust ports dead center to the head.

I have not run it long enough to notice any real drop because I have been afraid to let it go too long if it has a bad head gasket or cracked head. I opened it up today and saw all that rust and the dried up oil looking residue inside and around the valves.

Wow, I thought that was oil, not antifreeze in those pics. I would tear into it to see what was wrong with it, before the whole thing blows.
