232 number one has lazy exhaust valve

I have a 1975 dj5 (I know you cj guys know the i6) the engine was missing under load but idles perfectly, I took off the oil cap and see the 1's exhaust rocker is barely budging. So I removed the valve cover and all the push rods are turning. There's a tad of a ticking in the motor, I was told it had a flat cam

You was probably told correct. Time for a need cam, lifters, timing chain and while the head is off a valve job.

Ok well I just wanted to make sure it's not a common easy fix. What's a good cam to put in it? If your not aware a dj5 is a 2wd right hand drive mail truck cj5 chassis.
