1985 cj7 w/1991 wrangler frame
will a 1991 wrangler frame fit on a 1985 cj7? thanks

i think the more appropriate question would be, "will 85 CJ parts fit on a 91 YJ frame?" i think they're mostly similar, but i know you'll need to either modify the spring mounts or just use YJ springs. YJ springs are an upgrade compared to CJ springs anyway.
are you starting with a complete 1985 CJ7 and wanting to replace the frame with a 91 YJ frame you've found for sale? maybe post of some pics of what all you're starting with so we can get a better idea what you would need to do to build up your jeep.
