Says seats are original, which means not a Laredo. Still, if not rusted out I'd say it's not a bad price. Can you swap in a new clutch? (old one might just need adjustment)

Paint looks good, tops and doors add $$, so doesn't look too bad to me.

The ad says "original seats", but you're right, those are YJ seats.

Not going to rehash all the good observations.
My opinion - a lot of "modifications" have been made. Front end, suspension, interior, wheels perhaps. Who knows what else. Every old cj is a project. Some more than others. Unless you're the guy that bought that 400 mile cj at auction for $40k.

I would look hard at rust issues. Everything else can be unbolted and swapped. If you're in for that, of course. Just a thought - i've seen a few cj's w the one piece front end installed b/c it was involved in an accident, and that was the quickest, easiest repair.
