curious as to why you mounted the spare with the white letters out versus matching the other 4? Jeep looks good either way.

The Holyoke Fire Department in Holyoke MA. Full time, civil service dept with about 140 guys and 6000 calls maybe a year. No ambulance. Just fire for us. I am a medic though.

I actually just liked the white letters out more. I couldn't get them for the new generation MTRs. The spare is a first gen MTR and I like the white block letters better than the newer outline style. I thought it looked cooler with the white letters facing out on the spare. Nice catch.

What department are you trying for? Civil service? How many guys on the job? Good luck. So many guys want to get on my job. It's really hard. I lucked out.

Been looking for those panels for my cj5. Haven't decided if I want to replace with a new tub or fix the existing one. Lot of rot in mine. May replace it and use the old tub as a practice medium to hone welding and body working skills.

Mine has a YJ tub. I just cut out the Joop stamping. You can find YJ tubs cheap.

Man that is a nice looking jeep, I like the way it has come together.

Thanks man!

Next on the list are:
Angle up the amc 20 and get a cv driveshaft.
4:1 gear in my Dana 300

Both would be great improvement.
