304 V8 with edelbrock 4 barrel Carb.
MSD ignition

Starter went out so it was replaced. Along with the Starter Solenoid.
Engine cranks but doesn't turn over or it cranks and runs til you take your foot off the pedal?

how much throttle do you have to give it to keep it running? could you just adjust the idle screw to keep it going? or does it have to be at too high an RPM? Will it stay running when you let off the key?...OCG

check for a vacuum leak. u might have knocked a line loose while workin on it. a vacuum leak will make it die when u let off the gas.
