1980 CJ-5 Road Rogue model?

Picked up a 1980 CJ-5 with 4spd and a 258 today to play with. Just curious if anyone has seen others with Road Rogue decals on them. The only other period reference to Road Rogue decals I found was on a Toyota truck forum. Ive done some searching and found zip other than that. What I figure was it was a dealer installed graphics option, or something akin to a JC Whitney kit back in the day.

You are correct, it was some kind of dealer add on or JC Whitney special that included muffler bearings. Not factory.

Not listed in the parts manual, whereas even the Sunburst stickers are. Looks like a strictly aftermarket sticker as it has been laid over what looks like a Laredo pinstripe. It sure did not leave the factory like that.
