I just got my second Jeep and figured I would start a thread to keep track of the progress. My first Jeep 1983 CJ7 so this is my first CJ5. I am pretty inexperienced so I use the thread a lot for advice.

Update

Ok, so I didn't do such a god job of updating this thread as I went. Here is a recent description of where it is though. It is still awaiting me to finish the roll cage and front flat fenders.

Cutting the axles in half to change the castor. Tig Welder and sleeves to strengthen it up.

What did I do!

Thanks for looking. I have learned a lot. I am a total amateur who is learning all the time. Suggestions would be great. It is an every day driver that hits the rocks in Southern California. Thanks for looking at the update!
