Any ideas on how to wire the Foot Dimmer?

A picture of your dimmer would help. Don't know what type you have.
Does it look like this:


Here is a schematic:


I just used some random colors so you can see were they go.

It's called a condenser and goes inside your distributor across your points.

mine looks like that but with just 2 screw holes not 3. Is that diagram with the contacts facing down or up.

All that matters is that the middle one goes back to the headlight switch.
It doesn't matter which on the high or low beams hook up to after that.

So the middle goes to the light switch on the dash, that carries the power?

don't forget the wire to the speedo to indicate your high beams are on also.

You talking about the regulator for the generator?

I remember Jeep Hammer talking about that.
