1 gallon Monsta-liner left...

All, I bought the 2 gallon Monstaliner kit to line the tub of my jeep and still have a quart of the "chassis saver" and 1 gallon of the monstaliner left. Any takers? It took almost exactly 1/2 qt of chassis saver (2 coats) and 1 gallon (2 coats) to line the tub and roll bar.

I'll sell it for much less if anyone here wants it? I don't have any of the rollers, but think you can get them elsewhere if needed. Reply or PM if interested and we can work out the details.

BTW, I was going to pay LINEX $900 to line the jeep and I'm glad I did it myself. Kind of a pain, but well worth the savings. I'll be happy to give more details of the install if anyone is interested...TURNED OUT GREAT!!!!

Phil

Yep. The gallon, the emulsifier for that gallon, and 1 qt of chassis saver rust inhibiter. I can't imagine I'll use the extra stuff, so I wanted to give a fellow jeeper a shot before I tried e-bay.

Pics as requested...

You can tell the liner is smooth up under the pedals. The roller wouldn't get up there, but that's ok, I'm going for functionality not looks.

I decided to do the roll bar, and I'm glad I did. I like the way it looks against the red. If I change the color of my jeep I might regret it.

sanded, degreased, and wire brushed the rust away for prep.

2 coats of chassis saver (didn't even use a whole quart of the stuff) including the roll bar

Sheet metal and pop riveter. You can tell I did some work with the floor boards on the driver's side and on the passenger side as well. Hopefully the chassis saver works as advertised. I didn't cut all the rust out. Wasn't too much but a couple of pinhole spots where it got all the way through. wire brushed and applied liberally to top and bottom of rust. I'll keep my fingers crossed.

2 coats of Monstaliner =

Very Happy with how it turned out.
